Admission Process
  • Upon submission, your application will be reviewed by the Program Director. If deemed suitable, you will be invited for an online interview.
  • Successful applicants will receive a digital acceptance letter and electronic invoice via email.
  • Four weeks prior to the program commencement, a Program Coordinator will contact you with essential information regarding hotel accommodations and any necessary pre-program preparations.
  • To maximize your learning experience, we recommend that you arrange to be free of work responsibilities during the program.
Fee Payment
  • Program fees are payable within seven calendar days of the invoice date, via bank transfer only.
  • The program fee covers tuition and teaching materials.
  • Please note that travel and living expenses, including hotel accommodations and meals, are not included. Participants are responsible for settling these costs directly.
  • Kotler reserves the right to modify program fees at any time.
  • All quoted fees are exclusive of Singapore Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Postponement and Cancellation Policy

Generally, postponements and cancellations are not permitted after program admission and fee payment. However, in exceptional circumstances, if you are unable to attend or wish to postpone, please submit a written request to the Program Administrator for consideration. The following options may be available:

Cancellation

More than 90 days prior to program commencement: Full refund of the program fee.

Transfer:

More than 90 days prior to program commencement: Transfer to the next available session at no additional cost.

Please Note

Requests submitted within 90 days of the program commencement will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
All requests must be submitted in writing to the Program Administrator.
